In this statement AST Assistance Ltd shall be referred to as 'The Company'
The Company is committed to upholding the covenant of professional ethics as described by institutions such as the IESBA. This involves, but is not limited to, a commitment to confidentiality, competence, clarity, objectivity and diligence. The Company and her staff are trained to work within the commitments outlined above and will diligently perform their tasks with the above covenant in mind.
In instances where The Company is contracted to perform legal consultancy, this service is offered under a wholly advisory basis. By engaging in Legal Consultancy, The Company does not engage in an attorney-client relationship and/or attorney-client privilege.
The Company is registered with the Property Redress Scheme and the Deposit Protection Service. The Company also holds a valid professional indemnity insurance certificate which will be made available on request.
